收割机刀片是用量大的易损件,主要问题是不耐磨、寿命低。自将原用的T9A钢高频感应加热淬火工艺改用45钢渗硼处理后,有效地提高了刀片刃口的硬度和耐磨性,使用寿命成倍地提高。为了完善工艺,解决生产中出现的问题,本文对盐浴渗硼工艺进行了研究,着重解决了大批量小零件产品渗硼后硼盐清洗、热处理和贮存过程中锈蚀的关键技术问题。同时采用金相,X光衍射,俄歇能谱等方法对渗硼层的组织结构及腐蚀性能进行了探讨。
Harvester blade is a large amount of wearing parts, the main problem is not wear-resistant, low life expectancy. Since the original T9A steel high frequency induction heating quenching technology to 45 steel boron treatment, effectively improve the blade edge hardness and wear resistance, the service life increased exponentially. In order to improve the process and solve the problems in production, this paper studied the boronizing process of salt bath and focused on the key technical problems of boron salt cleaning, heat treatment and rust during storage after boronizing the large quantities of small parts. At the same time, metallographic, X-ray diffraction, Auger spectroscopy and other methods on boronized layer structure and corrosion properties were discussed.
