襄樊市工业企业在转换经营机制中,探索出一条试办厂内“特区”的新路子,收到了重点突破,推动全厂的效果。目前,已有25户企业选择潜力大、效益差,左右局势的关键车间和分厂,试办了33个厂内“特区”。为推动企业转换经营机制,闯出了一条新路。今年上半年,不仅“特区”得到了大发展,其中的8个单位全部扭亏为盈,而且这25个企业,与去年同期相比,产值增长14.2%。销售增长18.5%,实现利税增长29%,好于面上平均水平。
Xiangfan City’s industrial enterprises have explored a new way of piloting the “special zone” in the transformation of the operating mechanism and received key breakthroughs to promote the effect of the entire plant. At present, 25 enterprises have selected key workshops and sub-factories with great potential and poor efficiency, and have conducted trials of 33 “special zones” in the factory. In order to promote the transformation of business operations, a new road has been created. In the first half of this year, not only has the “special zone” been greatly developed, but all eight of them have turned losses into profits, and the output of these 25 companies has increased by 14.2% compared with the same period of last year. Sales increased by 18.5%, and profits and taxes increased by 29%, better than the average level.
