云南民族大学附属中学采取小班精英教育模式,每班30人,围绕学生个体进行教育教学,运用研讨式、启发式、浸入式等方法,聚焦学生兴趣、激发学生潜能,培养学生主动思考、大胆质疑的能力与素质,让每一位学生都能受到无微不至的专门辅导,为学生量身打造独一无二的专属教育。办学两年来,学校小班精英教育在课程体系建设、学生培养方式、教学模式、学习氛围和评价体系等方面取得了显著成绩,得到了家长、学生和社会的高度认可。
The affiliated high school of Yunnan University for Nationalities adopted a small-class elite education mode, with 30 students in each class. The teaching was centered on individual students. The seminars, heuristics and immersion methods were used to focus on student interests, stimulate students ’potentials, develop students’ active thinking and boldly question The ability and quality, so that every student can be meticulous and specialized counseling, tailored for students unique education. In the past two years of running school, elite education in small class has made remarkable achievements in curriculum system construction, students’ training mode, teaching mode, learning atmosphere and evaluation system, which has been highly recognized by parents, students and the society.
