当前,军队各大单位物资部门为适应国家物资体制改革和生产资料市场迅猛发展的形势,更好地保障军队建设的物资需要,相继组建了物资供应协调中心(以下简称“中心”)。在“中心”工作逐步展开并取得了可喜成果的基础上,探讨如何保证和促进“中心”进一步发展,无疑是一个极为重要的问题。本文就此谈一些看法。一、结合客观实际,确定管理体制,保证中心顺利发展“中心”管理体制是指“中心”的管理组织机构、管理形式、管理权限和有关制度等。它由“中心”的任务、性质所决定的。
