将57片大鼠离体海马脑片分为用药组(Ⅱ1、Ⅱ2、Ⅱ3)和对照组。结果显示,脑脉Ⅱ号能增大海马脑片CA1区锥体细胞层诱发的群锋电位(PopulationSpite,PS)幅值;延长缺氧引起的PS开始减小和消失时间;减少缺氧损伤电位(HIP)出现率;增加复氧后PS的恢复率,并呈一定的量效关系。提示:脑脉Ⅱ号能提高脑细胞的突触传递功能,提高脑细胞的耐缺氧能力,并能减少缺氧对脑细胞造成的损伤
The 57 rat isolated hippocampal slices were divided into drug groups (II1, II2, II3) and control groups. The results showed that Naomai II can increase the amplitude of the population spikes (PS) induced by the pyramidal cell layer in the CA1 region of hippocampal slices, prolong the decrease and disappearance time of PS caused by hypoxia, and reduce the hypoxia-induced damage potential. The incidence of (HIP); increase the recovery rate of PS after reoxygenation, and showed a certain dose-effect relationship. Tip: Naomai II can increase the synaptic transmission function of brain cells, improve the ability of brain cells to withstand hypoxia, and reduce the damage caused by hypoxia on brain cells.
