为了研究级配变化对应力吸收防水粘结层低温性能的影响,文章选用3种级配设计沥青混合料进行低温性能对比试验。利用Superpave方法进行混合料设计,变化油石比确定最佳沥青用量,比较3种级配体积参数,以弯曲应变能密度为评价指标,对3种级配的混合料进行低温性能评价分析。结果表明:级配1的沥青混合料弯曲应变能密度最小为0.00111MPa,级配3的混合料弯曲应变能密度最大为0.00183MPa,说明断级配应力吸收层防水层粘层的低温性能较好。
In order to study the influence of gradation variation on the low temperature performance of the stress-absorbing waterproofing adhesive layer, three kinds of gradation design asphalt mixtures were selected to carry out comparative experiments of low temperature performance. The design of the mixture by Superpave method was used to determine the optimal asphalt content by changing the ratio of oil to stone. The volumetric parameters of three gradations were compared. The bending strain energy density was used as the evaluation index to evaluate the low temperature performance of the mixture. The results show that the minimum bending strain energy density of Grade 1 asphalt mixture is 0.00111MPa, the maximum strain energy density of Mixture of Grade 3 is 0.00183MPa, indicating that the low temperature performance of the waterproof layer adhesive layer of the graded stress-absorbing layer is better .
