目前,普通高校的田径课程受传统竞技思想的影响,存在教学形式单一、对学生身体素质要求较高等不利之处,使得很多学生不愿意参与田径运动。要想解决好田径课的健身功能和学生积极性之间的矛盾,就必须对旧有的田径课程体系加以改革,建立在健康理念指导下的新的田径课程体系,提高田径运动在高校的生命力,充分发挥其健身功能,为切实提高学生的身心健康水平服务。
At present, the track and field courses in colleges and universities are influenced by the traditional competitive thinking. There are disadvantages such as the single teaching form and the high demands on students’ physical quality, which makes many students unwilling to participate in track and field. If we want to solve the contradiction between the fitness function of the track and field class and the enthusiasm of the students, we must reform the old track and field curriculum system and establish a new track and field curriculum system under the guidance of the health concept to improve the vitality of the track and field in universities, Give full play to their fitness function, in order to effectively improve the physical and mental health of students.
