本文应用AFB_1致肝癌作用短期实验模型,采用三种酶偏差状态的重叠观察和γ-GT(+)灶平面及立体指标的连续、定量分析,研究BHA对AFB_1诱发的大鼠肝癌前病变发展过程的影响,发现BHA当用于AFB_1之后,对AFB_1诱发的大鼠肝癌前病变无促进作用,而有轻度的抑制作用。结合考虑肿瘤研究所病理室过去的实验所显示的当BHA与AFB_1同时使用时具有明显的抑肝癌作用的结果,认为将BHA作为我区肝癌高发人群的化学预防剂已具有一定的现场试用价值。
In this paper, a short-term experimental model of AFB_1 induced hepatocellular carcinoma was used. The overlapped observation of three enzyme deviation states and the continuous and quantitative analysis of the γ-GT(+) foci plane and stereo indicators were used to study the development of prehepatic lesions induced by BHA in AFB_1 rats. The effect of BHA, when applied to AFB_1, was found to have no effect on AFB_1 induced precancerous lesions in rats and mild inhibition. Taken together with the results of previous experiments in the Pathology Department of the Cancer Institute, it was shown that when BHA and AFB_1 were used together, they had a significant effect of inhibiting hepatocellular carcinoma. It was considered that the use of BHA as a chemopreventive agent for high-risk liver cancer in our region has a certain field trial value.
