例一陈某,男,24岁,1982年11月1日住院。患者四肢关节游走性疼痛反复发作16年,近加重月余。患者1968年和1974年曾两次入桂林某医院住院治疗,经用青霉素、激素等治疗,症状消失。1982年9月20日因劳动后汗出而沐浴冷水,次日即见发热,咽痛,咳嗽,在门诊治疗,未见好转。9月25日高热、四肢关节肿痛,再次入桂林某医院治疗,仍以青霉素、激素等治疗,住院24天症状缓解,带3天药出院。3天后停药,症复如故。遂于1982年11月1日入我院治疗。 Example 1 Chen, male, 24 years old, hospitalized on November 1, 1982.
