Suifenhe on the Sino-Russian border was a once-in-a-world international metropolis with its port in the southeast of Heilongjiang Province in China and the terminus of the Bin Sui Railway. Suifenhe was originally a river in China, the river was Manchu “awl ” meaning. The Treaty of Sino-Russian Beijing in 1860 ceded the lower reaches to Russia and became an international river. 25 km from the Russian town of Ogeejjevo and 230 km from Vladivostok, the largest naval port city in the Russian Far East. In 1898, Russia and Russia built the Middle East Railway in China. In 1903, the small city of Suifenhe and the Middle East Railway were born at the same time, making it the first railway opening to the outside world in China. Small town
