3.用钢丝、读数显微镜检验 (1)适用的检验项目 对于水平安置的导轨(图20)或在水平方向移动的部件,此法只适用于检验在水平面内的直线度。这是因为钢丝在两支承点之间,不可避免地产生中间下挠,但钢丝在水平面内投影仍然是一条直线,用来作为测量基准是理想的。而钢丝在垂直平面内的投影是一条自然下挠曲线,虽然可以计算出每一测量点的下挠值,把它计入测量结果,但测量误差大,因此一般不用于检验在垂直平面内的直线度。

Inspection by wire and reading microscope (1) Applicable inspection items This guideline is only suitable for inspecting the straightness in the horizontal plane for horizontally-oriented guide rails (Figure 20) or for horizontally moving parts. This is because the wire inevitably produces an intermediate deflection between the two points of support, but the projection of the wire in the horizontal plane is still a straight line, which is ideal for the measurement. The projection of the steel wire in the vertical plane is a natural deflection curve. Although the deflection at each measurement point can be calculated and included in the measurement result, the measurement error is large and therefore it is not generally used to test the deflection in the vertical plane Straightness.
