几年前,文化被定义为“不成文的规则系统,规定了人们在大多数时候该如何行事”。但是,文化大大超出规则的范畴,它的内核是共同的信念,受这种文化熏陶的员工们知道在不遵循规则的情况下该如何去做。
A few years ago, culture was defined as an “unwritten rules system that stipulated how people should act most of the time.” However, culture far exceeds the scope of the rule. Its kernel is a common belief that employees who are influenced by this culture know how to do it without following the rules.
