学校测评要发挥正确的导向功能,引导老师培养学生具备未来生活所需要的核心素养,培养学生成为兼具个体、家庭成员、社会成员和全球公民四种角色能力的人。传统的纸笔测试过于关注学生的考试分数,考查内容侧重学科知识和习题解答能力,忽视学生的全面发展,不仅不能有效考查个人能力、知识技能、情感态度和价值观,导致“教—学—评”不一致,也成为学生学业负担的重要来源。在义务教育阶段,学业测试方式的改革需要新的探索。
