目的:建立符合循证医学的蝮蛇咬伤多器官功能障碍综合征(MODS)诊断标准、病情严重评分系统及中西医结合证型诊断。方法:遵循循证医学理论,通过前瞻性、多中心、多样本研究,收集2004年5月—2007年11月,全省2家三级医院、3家二级医院重症加强治疗病房(ICU)内总计120例蝮蛇咬伤MODS病例的临床资料。60例用于建立蝮蛇咬伤MODS诊断标准草案模型,建立MODS病情严重评分模型;60例用于验证蝮蛇咬伤MODS诊断标准,验证MODS病情严重评分模型。经过统计分析,并结合专家意见判定蝮蛇咬伤MODS国际诊断标准、病情严重评分及中西医结合证型诊断方案。结果:蝮蛇咬伤MODS诊断标准、病情严重评分,包括7个器官、系统以及判断脏腑功能的指标,蝮蛇咬伤MODS中西医结合防疗。
OBJECTIVE: To establish diagnostic criteria of multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) according to the evidence-based medicine, Serious Serious Scoring System and TCM-WM combined syndrome diagnosis.
