在新课程标准的引领下,寻乌实验小学更加坚定“科研为先,特色为帜,创新为魂”的教研风格。该校充分发挥学科带头人、骨干教师的龙头作用,带领广大教师积极开展教科研活动,形成了以科研促教研,以教研促提高的良好势头。现阶段,该校已在国家、省、市立项的课题共32个,其中已结题26个,6个课题获赣州市优秀科研成果一、二等奖。教科研活动的开展,开阔了教师的视野,教师的理论水平和实践能力都得到极大提高。目前该校教师撰写的教学论文共80余篇在国家、省、市级专业杂志发表,200余
