大型热模锻压力机模架价值高、使用年限长、加工复杂。在模锻精度要求越来越高的今天,选择合适的导向形式和顶杆形式具有重要的意义。本文应用ANSYS Workbench软件对不同的模架结构方案进行有限元分析,结果表明:花瓣形顶杆孔模座与矩形顶杆孔模座最大应力相当,但是矩形顶杆孔周围应力为264MPa,花瓣形则为251MPa,花瓣式模架受力情况更好;当顶杆孔圆角半径为8mm时模架最大应力为614.6MPa,圆角半径为12mm时模架最大应力为541.5MPa,适当增大圆角半径可降低最大应力;此外,X形导轨模架比导柱后置式模架刚性更好。
Large-scale hot forging press mold high value, long service life, complex processing. In today’s increasingly demanding die forging accuracy, the choice of the appropriate guide form and mandrel form is of great significance. In this paper, ANSYS Workbench software was used to analyze the different die structure solutions. The results showed that the maximum stress of the petal-shaped mandrel hole die base and the rectangular mandrel hole die base were equivalent, but the stress around the rectangular mandrel hole was 264 MPa. Then the 251MPa, petal-shaped mold frame stress better; when the mandrel hole radius of 8mm, the maximum stress of the mold frame is 614.6MPa, the maximum radius of 12mm mold when the maximum stress of 541.5MPa, the appropriate increase fillet Radius can reduce the maximum stress; In addition, the X-shaped guide rail frame post guide frame rigidity better.
