随着“数字烟草”整体信息化进程的推进,内部审计信息化成为发展的必然趋势。2011年,安徽省烟草公司上线实施了内部审计信息系统,实现了审计项目综合管理和在线审计功能,但在实时监控、实时审计方面功能不完备,应用性不强。随着内部审计领域和范围的不断扩展,审计信息系统也要不断的升级优化,实现连续审计,从而真正发挥审计“免疫系统”功能。
With the advancing of “digital tobacco” overall informationization process, the internal audit informationization has become an inevitable trend of development. In 2011, Anhui Tobacco Company launched an internal audit information system on-line to realize the integrated management of audit items and online auditing functions. However, the functions of real-time monitoring and real-time auditing are not complete and the applicability is not strong. With the continuous expansion of the scope and scope of internal auditing, the audit information system should be continuously upgraded and optimized to achieve continuous auditing so as to truly play the function of audit “immune system ”.
