攀钢钒公司是国内钢轨主要生产企业之一,在生产钢轨过程中均会产生一些废次品及切头,而这些废重轨头因碳含量高、硬度高、耐磨性能好、化学成份稳定,所以具有较好的开发利用价值。以往,回收的重轨头经过切割加工后用于内供炼钢厂,作为原料重新回炉冶炼,重轨头资源未实现增值利用。对此,开拓管理思路,本着既可以降低公司生产成本,又符合公司废次废旧资源综合利用的要求,加工部分重轨头替代工具钢作为生产锯条钢的原料,实现增值销售。
