近年来关于治疗糖尿病口服药的研究,几乎全是矿胺类及其结构上近似的药品。1951年Kleinsorge 发现 D860有降低血糖的作用。1955年由 Franke 及 Fuche 二氏首先将 D860应用于临床。此药的疗效在国内文献中报导尚不多。本文将我院自1957年10月至1958年8月期间用 D860治疗28例糖尿病患者的结果报告如下:
In recent years, studies on the oral medication for the treatment of diabetes have almost all the mineral amines and their structurally similar drugs. 1951 Kleinsorge found that D860 has a hypoglycemic effect. 1955 by Franke and Fuche two D860 first clinical application. The efficacy of this drug is not reported in the domestic literature yet.
