文章首先简单介绍了有限元软件的特点及功能,建立三维有限元模型,分析了混凝土基层沥青路面荷载应力和温度应力的计算原理,并进行三维有限元实体模拟。结果表明,利用有限元软件,通过层面温度约束可方便快捷地求出结构层各节点的温度分布,通过其耦合功能,可求出最大温度应力及其位置。施加汽车荷载作用下可单独求出最大汽车荷载应力或汽车和温度场的复合应力,此外可观察一定横截面上的应力分布图,进一步可分析各参数对应力的影响,用于路面结构设计。
Firstly, the characteristics and functions of the finite element software are briefly introduced. The three-dimensional finite element model is established. The calculation principle of load stress and temperature stress of asphalt concrete pavement is analyzed, and the three-dimensional finite element simulation is carried out. The results show that the temperature distribution of each node in the structural layer can be easily and quickly obtained by using the finite element software through the layer temperature constraint. Through its coupling function, the maximum temperature stress and its location can be obtained. Under the action of car load, the maximum car load stress or composite stress of car and temperature field can be calculated separately. In addition, the stress distribution on a certain cross section can be observed. The influence of each parameter on the stress can be further analyzed for pavement structure design.
