江苏省东海县总工会李胜龙报道今年来,东海县总工会通过调入、返聘、选聘、招募等多种方式,建立了一支多层次法律援助队伍。加强县总援助中心人员配备。东海县总工会积极协调,从司法局新调入一名业务骨干,从法院返聘一名二线原民庭庭长。目前县总工会援助中心已有5人,其中35周岁以下2人,呈现专业机构优化、年龄梯次合理、从业经验丰富等特点。
