目的建立液相色谱-串联质谱法(LC-MS/MS)对中成药中掺加激素类成分进行检测,以方便监控,并保障用药安全。方法采用C18色谱柱(2.1×100 mm,3.5μm),流动相为乙腈:水(50:50),流速0.2 mL/min。样品在三重四级杆串联质谱中经ESI源离子化后以Full Scan,Daughter等方式进行测定。结果 LC-MS/MS在线同时检测法可以同时检测出样品中普通液相色谱检测法不能确定的激素类成分。结论本研究建立了一种简单易行的中成药中十种常见激素成分的定性检测方法 ,为中成药质量控制提供了一种稳定性好、精密度高、结果准确可靠的监控方法 。
Objective To establish a liquid chromatography-tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS / MS) to detect the incorporation of hormones in proprietary Chinese medicines to facilitate the monitoring and ensure the safety of medication. Methods C18 column (2.1 × 100 mm, 3.5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was acetonitrile: water (50:50) and the flow rate was 0.2 mL / min. Samples were ionized by ESI source in a triple quadrupole tandem mass spectrometer and then subjected to Full Scan, Daughter et al. Results The LC-MS / MS online simultaneous detection method can simultaneously detect hormonal components that can not be determined by ordinary liquid chromatography detection in samples. Conclusion This study established a simple and easy method for qualitative determination of ten common hormones in proprietary Chinese medicines. The method provided a stable, accurate and reliable monitoring method for the quality control of proprietary Chinese medicines.
