53例男性尿道损伤中,前尿道损伤29例(粘膜损伤6例;尿道断裂18例,陈旧性疤痕狭窄5例),后尿道损伤24例(新鲜断裂20例,陈旧性疤痕4例)。并发骨盆骨折24例,尿漏感染4例,膀胱破裂1例。尿道狭窄或闭锁9例。非手术治愈6例,手术治疗47例中,29例行一期尿道修补成功;7例行一期膀胱造瘘,二期尿道修补;5例手术失败。对各种处理方法的效果作了扼要分析。
In 53 male urethral injuries, there were 29 cases of anterior urethral injury (mucosal injury in 6 cases, 18 cases of urethral rupture and 5 cases of old stenosis), 24 cases of posterior urethral injury (20 cases of fresh fracture and 4 cases of old scars). Concurrent pelvic fractures in 24 cases, urinary leakage infection in 4 cases, 1 case of bladder rupture. Urethral stricture or atresia in 9 cases. Six cases were treated non-surgically and 29 cases were treated surgically. Twenty-nine patients underwent stage I urethral repair successfully, 7 cases underwent primary cystostomy and stage II urethral repair, and 5 cases failed surgery. The effect of various treatment methods made a brief analysis.
