为提高叠层材料制孔质量満足装配与连接的要求,对CFRP/A1叠层材料进行了钻削试验研究。研究了不同叠层顺序、不同刀具材料在变换加工参数时对轴向力的影响。结果表明:从复合材料侧钻入时,由于铝合金对复合材料产生的支撑作用制孔质量得到了明显提高;从铝合金侧钻入能获得更低的钻削轴向力;相比无涂层及金刚石涂层钻头。类金刚石涂层刀具在钻削叠层材料时能获得更好的孔壁质量。
In order to improve the quality of the laminated materials, the CFRP / A1 laminates were drilled and tested. The effects of different stacking sequences and different tool materials on the axial force were studied. The results show that when drilling from the composite side, the hole quality is greatly improved due to the supporting effect of the aluminum alloy on the composite material. The drill hole force obtained from the side of the aluminum alloy can obtain a lower axial drilling force. Layer and diamond coated drill. Diamond-like coated tools get better hole wall quality when drilling laminated materials.
