In today’s global competition, there are selective advantages, such as high product quality, product compatibility with the environment, or measures to ensure market share. Because these are all more and more popular standards in the world, it is not enough to maintain customers for a long time. Therefore, it is necessary to adopt a comprehensive measurement standard. This is the concept of “total quality management” that the business community calls it. This involves examining the quality of the company as a whole. The European Quality Management Fund Promotion Association promoted this measure and developed the European quality management model into a set of methods to detect and judge from this perspective.
