幼儿园是孩子的教学启蒙阶段,这一阶段教师的工作重点就是管理幼儿,让幼儿在启蒙阶段能够有良好的的学习氛围,逐渐养成好的行为习惯,教师作为幼儿园管理工作的核心部分,要想在幼儿园管理工作中充分体现教师的主体地位,还需要多对教师日常工作进行关注,帮助教师解决管理中存在的问题,这样才能实现幼儿园管理的意义。本文就幼儿园管理中的教师主体地位体现进行分析,并提出合理的建议。
