根据自身的成长发展经历和体会,我认为,除了参加培训,进行自我学习和完善,教育科研也是提高中学物理教师课堂教学能力的一个重要途径。教育科研促进教师课堂教学设计能力的提高有助于课堂教学课型设计的能力提高。“中学物理探究式教学实践与研究”是我正在参与研究的一个课题。在以前常规教学中,我大多采用教参的课型设计。而正是参与了此课题的研究,我会有意识地改变原先学生接受性学习的课型,思考设计由学生进行探究的课型,以学生为主,根据课堂教学的知识内容,尽量发挥学生的自主性,激发学生的探究欲望。例如,在课堂中让学生探究互成角度共点力的合成,探究牛顿第二定律,探究单摆的周期,探究机械能守恒定律,等等。
According to my own experience of growth and development, I think that in addition to attending training and self-study and improvement, education and scientific research are also an important way to improve the ability of middle school physics teachers in classroom teaching. Education and research to promote the ability of teachers to improve teaching design helps to improve the ability of classroom teaching class design. “High School Physics Exploration Teaching Practice and Research ” is a subject I am involved in the study. In the past conventional teaching, I mostly use teaching reference design. And it is involved in the research of this subject, I will consciously change the original students receive the type of course learning, thinking designed by the students to explore the course type, mainly students, according to the content of classroom teaching, to maximize the students’ Autonomy, to stimulate students’ desire for inquiry. For example, students are asked to explore synthetically mutually reinforcing compositions in class, to explore Newton’s second law, to explore the periodicity of pendulums, to explore the law of conservation of mechanical energy, and so forth.
