黄小川,1992年毕业于北京大学,获理学硕士学位,先后从事市场、销售和培训工作,涉足市场营销,曾在北京博能公关顾问公司工作,开始从事IT业的市场传播。1996年创立迪思公司,经过近十年的发展,迪思由最初的5个人,发展到现在的200个人,业务从单一公关服务到现在的整合营销品牌传播服务,曾为Oracle、DEC、Compaq、CISCO、HP、MOTOROLA、DEL上等提供市场传播服务。迪思是第一家向客户提供E-marketing服务,同时能为客户提供线上(on-line)和线下(off-line)整合营销传播服务的本土公司,也是本土最大的整合营销传播顾问公司之一,自2000年迪思公关连续五年被中国国际公关协会列入本土十大公关公司。
