一、现象与分析自担任学校音乐教研组长以来,我有幸参加了很多小学音乐竞赛课观摩,在学习优质课的同时,我也经常走进我校音乐组老师的课堂。多次的教学研讨让我感觉到我们的常规演唱教学与竞赛课的模式相差太大,每当我把自己对课的一些想法与自己组内老师一起交流的时候,往往会得到这样一些回答:“别人那是公开课呢,上课时都有班主任坐阵维持纪律,在常规课上我们哪敢这么开放的设计自己的教学,况且我们每个班六七十人,每周十六节课,嗓子不冒烟才怪。”
