“绿蚁新醅酒,红泥小火炉,晚来天欲雪,能饮一杯无?”这是唐代著名大诗人白居易,在一个晚来欲雪的天气里,向朋友发出的‘小酌’的邀请.诗中的“红泥小火炉”,即是“火锅”.火锅在唐代,就已经很流行了.那时的“火锅”,叫做“暖锅”.一种是铜做的火锅,也即早在一千四百年以前,南北朝时期,即已使用的“铜羲,是用来涮食羊、鸡、鱼、豕等肉食用的.一种是
