介绍了一种对不同电磁阀进行参数优选的方法,以保证高压共轨控制系统中电磁阀的快速开启、可靠吸合和快速关断。该方法通过在喷油泵试验台上测试喷油量,确定出电磁阀驱动电压、开启电流及维持电流参数,不需要考虑系统复杂的电、磁、液综合因素。应用该方法对某高压共轨部件高速电磁阀进行试验,优化出驱动参数,并在喷油泵试验台上进行了稳定性试验验证,结果表明该方法能够满足工程应用。
A method to optimize the parameters of different solenoid valves is introduced to ensure that the solenoid valves in the high pressure common rail control system can be quickly opened, reliably pulled in and shut off quickly. The method tests the injection quantity on the fuel injection pump test bench to determine the driving voltage, the starting current and the current holding parameter of the solenoid valve, without considering the complex electrical, magnetic and liquid factors. The method was used to test the high-speed solenoid valve of a high-pressure common-rail component, and the driving parameters were optimized. The stability test was carried out on the injection pump test bench. The results show that the method can meet the engineering application.
