介绍以医院管理硕士 (MHA)为代表的国外医院高级管理人员培养计划的基本内容、特点和发展趋势。MHA学位培养计划围绕医院高级管理人员的基本任务与职责确定课程设备和培养模式 ,重视大卫生观念和现代管理理念的培养 ,提供生物统计和流行病学为代表的公共卫生方法学训练 ,注重医院规划、质量管理、财务会计等经营管理实务 ,培养解决实际问题的能力 ,大量使用案例教学。加强医院高级管理人员培养是医院改革与发展的迫切需要 ,应恰当定位 ,利用现有卫生管理教育资源 ,整合相关课程 ,发展具有中国特色的MHA培养计划。
Introduce the basic contents, characteristics and development trends of foreign hospital senior management personnel training programs represented by the Master of Hospital Administration (MHA). The MHA degree program will focus on the basic tasks and responsibilities of senior management personnel in hospitals to determine curriculum equipment and training models, attach importance to the cultivation of general health concepts and modern management concepts, provide public health methodological training represented by biostatistics and epidemiology, and focus on hospitals. Planning, quality management, financial accounting and other business management practices, training ability to solve practical problems, and extensive use of case teaching. Strengthening the cultivation of hospital senior management personnel is an urgent need for hospital reform and development. We should properly position and use existing health management education resources, integrate relevant courses, and develop a MHA training program with Chinese characteristics.
