通过掺入不同的粘土,探讨粘土对灰砂硅酸盐制品的强度、耐水性、抗冻性等的影响,认为粘土参与水化反应并生成了具有一定强度的水化物。研究结果表明:钠质膨润土对灰砂硅酸盐制品的强度、耐水性和抗冻性均有明显危害;高岭土使灰砂硅酸盐制品的强度明显降低,对其含量应严格控制;钙质膨润土对灰砂硅酸盐制品的抗冻性有益,对制品的其他性质无明显危害。
Through the incorporation of different clays, the effect of clay on the strength, water resistance, frost resistance, etc. of the siliceous silicate products is discussed. It is believed that the clay participates in the hydration reaction and generates a hydrate with a certain strength. The results of the study indicate that sodium bentonite has significant damage to the strength, water resistance and frost resistance of the lime sand silicate products; kaolin makes the strength of the lime sand silicate products significantly lower, and its content should be strictly controlled; Bentonite is beneficial to the frost resistance of lime sand silicate products and has no obvious harm to other properties of the products.
