电力企业作为我国社会经济发展的基础性产业,健康稳定地发展,对和谐社会的构建具有极其重要的意义。电力政工工作人员为电力企业的中坚力量,他们的综合素质水平、工作方法、工作水平的高低,直接影响着电力企业管理和运营的效率与效益。笔者基于政工工作对于电力企业发展的重要性,阐述了当前电力企业政工工作中存在的问题,并给出了解决策略。
As a basic industry in China’s social and economic development, the power industry develops healthily and steadily and is of great significance to the construction of a harmonious society. Power political workers as the backbone of power enterprises, their overall quality, working methods, the level of work directly affects the efficiency and effectiveness of power management and operations. Based on the importance of political work for the development of electric power enterprises, the author expounds the existing problems in the current electric power enterprises’ political work and gives some solutions.
