推荐理由:评课人在观看教学录像后评课,评课过程中又能就评课的内容直接与执教教师沟通,执教教师在评课结束时进行相应的教学改进。这种评课方式对校本研修是一个很好的示范。评课目标为了进一步提高英语教师的课堂教学设计能力、反思能力以及教学评价能力,基地的学员观看了上海市课改探索实践课中由青浦高级中学陆跃勤老师所上的高一年级《Surprises at the studio》的教学录像,并展开了认真的研讨。由于执教者陆跃勤老师也是基地的成员,我们可以与她面对面地对这节课进行全面的剖析及反思。
