目的:应用时间—密度曲线分析比较不同注射量和注速对肝增强峰值造成的影响,选择适合肝脏螺旋增强扫描的较佳注射方案。方法:48例正常肝脏患者,随机分成四组,以不同注射量和注速,单时相注射离子型造影剂,于肝门区水平行单层动态扫描,分别求出肝实质、主动脉、脾脏增强峰值及其发生时间,并进行统计学处理。结果:100ml注射量比80ml注射量产生更高的肝增强峰值(P<0.05);3ml/s注速与2ml/s注速产生相似的PHCE(P>0.05),但前者发生更大的造影剂毒副反应。结论:100ml注射量、2ml/s注速为最佳注射方案,适合肝脏螺旋增强扫描
OBJECTIVE: To compare the effect of different injection volume and injection speed on peak liver enhancement by time-density curve analysis, and select the best injection scheme for liver spiral enhancement scanning. Methods: Forty-eight patients with normal liver were randomly divided into four groups. The rats were injected with Ionic Contrast Agent at different injection rates and injection velocities, single-phase dynamic scanning at the level of the hepatic portal. The liver parenchyma, aorta, Splenomegaly peak and its occurrence time, and statistical analysis. Results: The 100 ml injection produced a higher peak of hepatic enhancement (P <0.05) than the injection of 80 ml (P <0.05). The injection rate of 3 ml / s and 2 ml / Larger contrast agent toxicity. Conclusion: 100ml injection volume, 2ml / s injection rate is the best injection scheme, suitable for hepatic spiral enhanced scan
