道岔尖轨和可动心轨用矮型特种断面钢轨(简称AT钢轨)加工制造。配合CHN60钢轨,AT钢轨断面可有不同的选择。通过对国内外AT钢轨基本参数和使用情况的分析,依据道岔结构的要求,认为中国客运专线道岔用AT钢轨应该在CHN60AT钢轨、Zul-60钢轨和60D钢轨中选择。对采用3种AT钢轨制造的尖轨的结构特点、强度、转换阻力以及不足位移等因素进行综合比选分析,并结合其他方面的要求及相关的技术标准,最终提出采用60D钢轨作为我国客运专线道岔AT钢轨的建议。在胶济线胶州北站的综合试验结果表明:采用60D钢轨制造的尖轨与CHN60钢轨的配合良好,转换阻力小于转辙机牵引力,且有较高的强度储备。
Turnout sharp rail and movable rail with low profile special rail (referred to as AT rail) manufacturing. With CHN60 rail, AT rail section can have different options. According to the analysis of basic parameters and usage of AT rail at home and abroad, according to the requirements of turnout structure, it is considered that the AT rail for turnout of China’s passenger dedicated line should be selected from CHN60AT rail, Zul-60 rail and 60D rail. Based on the comprehensive comparison and analysis of the structural features, strength, transfer resistance and inadequate displacement of the sharp rails made of three kinds of AT rails, combined with other aspects of the requirements and related technical standards, the final proposed the use of 60D rail as our passenger dedicated line Turnout AT rail suggestions. The comprehensive test results at Jiaozhou North Station in Jiaoji show that the sharp rail fitted with 60D rail cooperates well with the CHN60 rail, the conversion resistance is less than that of the switch machine, and there is a higher strength reserve.
