在充分解读的基础上预设教学目标,通过明强小学的课堂教学范式落实教学目标,到反思重建达成教学目标,我们实现了教学研究的日常化,使研究成为教师的生活方式。
On the basis of full interpretation, we set the teaching goal, implement the teaching goal through the classroom teaching paradigm in Mingqiang Primary School and reach the teaching goal through reflection and reconstruction. We have realized the dailyization of teaching and research and made the study a teacher’s life style.
