介绍了一种新型环保絮凝剂聚环氧-胺类共聚物(EEDC),通过与传统高分子絮凝剂二腈二胺甲醛缩合物(CA)对比,考察了EEDC的凝聚速度、凝聚效果、硫酸用量以及EEDC对丁苯橡胶产品性能的影响.结果表明,新型凝聚剂EEDC可用于丁苯橡胶的凝聚工艺,具有凝聚速度快、用量少、用酸量低等优点.,The paper presents a new environmental flocculant(EEDC) which was copolymerized by epoxy and amine.Compared with dicyandiamide and formaldehyde (CA)which was the traditional polymeric flocculant,the coagulation rate and coagulation effect of EEDC were studied.The effect of amount of sulfuric acid on SBR’s performance was studied.The results showed that EEDC could be used in coagulation process.EEDC had the advantage of faster coagulation rate,less amount and less amount of sulfuric acid.
