介绍了先进陶瓷原位固化成型工艺(直接凝固注模成型,凝胶注成型)的原理、过 程、存在问题及发展前景,指出此种成型工艺过程既保证了陶瓷坯体的高强度,高均匀性及 高可靠性,又实现了陶瓷制造过程中的低成本,是一种很有希望的成型方法。
The principle, process, existing problems and development prospects of advanced ceramic in situ solidification process (direct solidification injection molding, gel injection molding) are introduced. It is pointed out that this molding process not only ensures high strength and high uniformity of the ceramic body It is a very promising molding method because of its high performance, high reliability and low cost in ceramic manufacturing.
