运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法和数理统计法等综合方法,分析和调查自1997~2012年在中国职业篮球俱乐部中的外籍教练的执教模式.从3个方面进行分析篮球外籍教练员的基本引进情况、执教模式、执教模式利弊等。经过统计分析,指出了篮球外籍教练员在中国职业篮球俱乐部中的执教模式以及优缺点,并提出了相应的建议和对策。
This paper analyzes and investigates the coaching model of foreign coaches in Chinese professional basketball clubs from 1997 to 2012 by comprehensive methods such as literature review, expert interviews, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.From three aspects, it analyzes basketball foreign coaches The basic introduction of staff, coaching mode, coaching pros and cons and other modes. After statistical analysis, it points out the coaching model, advantages and disadvantages of foreign basketball coaches in basketball clubs in China, and puts forward corresponding suggestions and countermeasures.
