高职院教师所感知的学校领导的关心体谅行为显著低于建立结构行为。领导行为各维度及总分与工作满意度各维度及总分都呈正相关,其中绝大多数呈极其显著正相关;工作满意度各维度及总分与关心体谅维度的相关系数明显大于与建立结构维度的相关系数。学校领导的关心体谅行为对教师工作满意度有显著影响,领导的关心体谅行为得分越高,则教师的工作满意度得分越高;学校领导的建立结构行为对教师工作满意度无显著影响。
