本文对健康大鼠进行血浆交换时,试以全量羟乙基淀粉代血浆作为置换液,作临床上开展此项工作的参考。 血浆置换后24小时的白蛋白恢复极为迅速,接近或达到原有水平,球蛋白与纤维蛋白原恢复较慢。在已测的酸碱平衡、电解质及凝血试验等指标均无明显影响。经预防性抗生素注射后,未见感染现象,亦无全身或局部出血。初步认为,羟乙基淀粉代血浆作为血浆置换液,当肝脏无严重损害时,短期内较大量应用,对机体未见明显不良反应。故认为在缺乏血浆制品,而又需开展此项技术时,可适当替代血浆制品的应用。
In this paper, plasma exchange in healthy rats, try to replace the full amount of hydroxyethyl starch on behalf of the plasma as a reference for clinical work on this. Albumin recovery 24 hours after plasma exchange is extremely rapid, approaching or reaching its original level, and globulin and fibrinogen recover more slowly. In the measured acid-base balance, electrolyte and coagulation tests and other indicators had no significant effect. After the injection of prophylactic antibiotics, no infection and no systemic or local bleeding. Preliminary believe that hydroxyethyl starch on behalf of the plasma as a replacement fluid, when the liver without serious damage, the greater the short-term use, no significant adverse reactions to the body. Therefore, in the absence of plasma products, and the need to carry out this technology, may be an appropriate alternative to the application of plasma products.
