企业要在知识产权竞争中全面、快速掌握行业内的技术信息,识别竞争对手,抢先占领市场,合理的专利布局分析至关重要。专利地图可以将相关专利信息图形化、系统化、直观化,为专利布局提供依据。基于CMT分析法,从专利出发,提出3个维度指标分别为能力(Capability)、技术(Technology)和时间(Time)的CTT三维分析法,并将其与专利地图分析相结合,应用于企业专利布局的研究中,建立了面向企业专利布局的三维分析模型,即技术分布模型、技术进化模型和竞争态势模型。通过该模型的分析,研究者可以准确把握某行业的专利申请情况,挖掘技术空白点和研发方向,提高企业的技术实力。以金刚石工具技术领域为例,利用该方法对其专利布局情况进行分析研究。
Enterprises in the intellectual property competition in a comprehensive and rapid grasp of the technical information within the industry, identify competitors, preempted the market, a reasonable analysis of the layout of the patent is essential. Patent map can be related to patent information graphical, systematic and intuitive, to provide the basis for the layout of the patent. Based on the CMT analysis method, from the perspective of patent, this paper proposes three-dimensional CTT three-dimensional analysis with three dimensions as Capability, Technology and Time, which are combined with patent map analysis and applied to corporate patent In the research of layout, a three-dimensional analysis model oriented to enterprise patent layout is established, namely technology distribution model, technology evolution model and competition situation model. Through the analysis of the model, the researcher can accurately grasp the patent application situation in an industry, tap the technical gaps and research and development direction, and improve the technical strength of the enterprise. Taking diamond tool technology as an example, this method is used to analyze the patent layout.
