在砖瓦制造过程中,解决开裂的方法,汪泰仁同志在“建筑材料工业”创刊号上讲得很详细,在实际生产技术上,对我们起了不少的帮助。现在我要谈的是平瓦开裂的填补问题。平瓦在制造过程中由于各种原因在出窑时,往往就造成了开裂的情况。现在又用什么方法来填补这种已经开裂了的平瓦使它恢复应有质量呢?根据多年的经验,其中一部分可用水泥浆填补的方法来处理。这个方法,一般是与质量无损,在材料节约方面又不无小补,因此,把它作以简单介绍,供大家参考。
