痳风反应是麻风病人中最常见的并发症之一。目前对反应的认识并不一致,多数认为可增加病情的恶化,预后不良;但也有人认为是一种好现象。对其原因、机制及预防办法也未得到彻底解决。为进一步探讨其发生原因,我所于一九六○年第四季度在五处麻风院、六处麻风村,进行了麻风反应原因的调查登记,今将登记的244例,初步统计分析如下,供参考,并希指正。一、反应率与型别五处麻风院、六处麻风村共有病人4356名,发生反应者244名(有些未登记),反应率为5.6％。其中
Windflies are one of the most common complications of leprosy.
