探讨了调质状态下 30CrMnSiA钢的激光焊接性、焊缝成形及焊接变形 ;研究了调质状态下激光焊接30CrMnSiA钢时焊缝的金相组织及热影响区性能变化 ;提出了焊深≥ 1 .5mm的调质状态下 30CrMnSiA钢激光焊接规范参数。结果表明 ,采用激光焊接调质状态下的 30CrMnSiA钢 ,易获得质量优良的焊缝 ,不会出现常见的焊接裂纹和明显的热影响区性能变化 ;工件加工误差对焊缝成形的影响可通过一定的措施加以改善 ,表面黑化处理对焊缝成形的影响机理有待进一步研究
The laser weldability, weld formation and weld deformation of 30CrMnSiA steel during quenched and tempered condition were discussed. The microstructure and heat affected zone (HAZ) of the weld during laser welding of 30CrMnSiA steel were investigated. .5 mm quenched and tempered 30CrMnSiA steel laser welding specifications. The results show that 30CrMnSiA steel quenched and tempered by laser welding is easy to obtain good weld quality without common weld cracking and obvious heat affected zone performance changes. The influence of workpiece machining error on weld formation can be controlled by certain , The mechanism of the effect of surface blackening on the weld formation needs to be further studied
