研究了调质状态下激光焊接 30CrMnSiA钢时焊缝的金相组织、显微硬度及热影响区性能变化 ,分析了焊接接头的拉伸机械性能及拉伸试样断口形貌。结果表明 ,在焊接参数匹配和工艺技术措施选择合理的情况下 ,采用激光焊接调质状态下的 30CrMnSiA钢 ,焊接接头的性能和组织优良 ,热影响区硬化、脆化和软化等性能上的变化问题并不突出 ,焊后不需热处理即可保证焊接接头的性能。调质状态下 30CrMnSiA钢激光焊接工艺参数选定的主要出发点应是防止裂纹和保证焊缝表面成形质量。
The microstructure, microhardness and heat affected zone (HAZ) properties of 30CrMnSiA steel during laser welding were investigated. The mechanical properties of the welded joint and the fracture morphology of the tensile specimen were analyzed. The results show that the properties of the 30CrMnSiA steel under laser beam quenching and tempering, the properties of the welded joint and its microstructure, the hardening, embrittlement and softening of the heat affected zone (HAZ) are all changed with the matching of the welding parameters and the reasonable selection of technological measures. The problem is not prominent, welding without heat treatment to ensure the performance of welded joints. Quenched and tempered 30CrMnSiA steel laser welding process parameters selected the main starting point is to prevent cracks and ensure the quality of the weld surface.
