幸福,是一个古老而又常新的话题。特别是在我国大力发展社会主义市场经济的条件下,人们越来越关注人的幸福问题。我国当前的教育领域因新课程改革、农村中小学布局调整以及双语教学等新的改革,给老师和学生带来挑战。有相当一部分师生特别是农村的教师由于无法排解自身较为严重的压力而导致他们出现厌教心理和职业倦怠感,与此同时,许多学生也在呼唤教育需要幸福。因此,当下提高农村教师和学生幸福感不仅有其必要性,更有其紧迫性。
Happiness, is an ancient and often new topic. Especially under the condition of vigorously developing the socialist market economy in our country, people are paying more and more attention to the issue of human happiness. The current education field in our country poses challenges for teachers and students due to new reforms such as new curriculum reform, rural primary and secondary school layout adjustment and bilingual education. A considerable number of teachers, especially those in rural areas, are unable to resolve their own more serious pressure resulting in their sense of dislike and job burnout. At the same time, many students are also calling for happiness in education. Therefore, it is not only necessary but also more urgent to improve the happiness of rural teachers and students.
