实验证明:在试管内及近似胃肠道的生理条件下,清宁片(Ⅰ)、醋炒大黄(Ⅱ)、酒炖大黄(Ⅲ)、酒炒大黄(Ⅳ)和大黄炭(Ⅴ)对胃蛋白酶的活性没有明显影响。Ⅴ对胰蛋白酶(T)、胰淀粉酶(A)的活性没有明显影响;Ⅲ对T的活性有较弱抑制能力,对A的活性没有明显影响;Ⅲ和V对胰脂肪酶(L)的活性抑制能力最强。Ⅱ对T的活性抑制能力最强。Ⅳ和Ⅰ对A的活性抑制能力最强。当存在血清时,Ⅳ对L的活性抑制能力不明显;Ⅱ有较弱抑制能力。不同炮制品大黄的生物活性各具特征,一般来说,其差别不是简单的平行变化,炮制对于改变生大黄的某些药性是有意义的。临床应用大黄可考虑大黄不同炮制品的药性特征。
